# Social Providers Overview

This section relates to setting up OAuth providers inside Dynamic. You would do this for two purposes:

1. To allow [linking of social accounts](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/javascript/authentication-methods/social-linking.md) as part of their profile.
2. To allow users to [sign up or log in with social accounts](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/javascript/authentication-methods/social.md).

In both cases you will need to configure whatever social providers you want to use. Dynamic supports the following providers:

* [Apple](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/apple.md)
* [Discord](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/discord.md)
* [Epic Games](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/epicgames.md)
* [Farcaster](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/farcaster.md)
* [Facebook](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/facebook.md)
* [Gemini](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/gemini.md) (linking only)
* [GitHub](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/github.md)
* [Google](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/google.md)
* [LINE](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/line.md)
* [Microsoft](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/microsoft.md)
* [Shopify](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/shopify.md)
* [Spotify](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/spotify.md)
* [Telegram](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/telegram.md)
* [TikTok](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/tiktok.md)
* [Twitch](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/twitch.md)
* [Twitter](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/twitter.md)

> [!NOTE]
>
> [Gemini](https://docs.dynamic.xyz/docs/platform/social-providers/gemini.md) authorizes an exchange account rather than a person,
> so it can only be linked to a user who is already signed in. It is not available as a sign-up or
> login method.

> [!TIP]
>
> If you need to get the auth token of a valid OAuth provider, use [this API
> request](https://dynamic.xyz/docs/api-reference/users/getUserOauthAccessToken).
